On the Go Volume 1
On the Go is a recurring zine focusing on the history, design, and people behind major cities’ public transit systems. Volume 1 encapsulates New York City and the MTA, specifically the subway. This publication presents a rider’s view throughout history, changes that have been made in the map and fare systems, and famous art both inside and outside of the subway car.
